Marking the 30th anniversary of his CD debut, Yoshihiro Kondo’s commemorative new album is a collection of exquisite miniatures. Featuring not only newly recorded pieces but also works he has recorded in the past, Kondo updates his performances with a style that skillfully blends freshness and depth. This is a highly rewarding album that allows listeners to experience the “present” of Kondo, who is constantly evolving.
